Un joyeux repas / julefrokost / "the best christmas dinner, ever"
12 heures de dinner copieux, copié, schnapsé, vinosé pour tiendre debout du bout.
Rendez-vous pour cuisiner dès quatre heures de l'aprés midi et bien nippés s'il vous plait. Le dinner de noël ce soir sera hispano-franco-danois, à chacun son plat traditionnelle. A la carte, gourmandises espagnoles : charcuterie fine, lomo, serano, chorizo Rodriguez, entrée danoise : hareng, câpres sur couche de gras de porc, plat principal et dessert français siou' plé : canard confit et pruneau accompagnés de pommes dauphines et tarte tatin. Pfffffiiiouu... llenos como una bombona de butano!

Message en live écris à minuit trente-huit : Gabo vient de rentré un peu bourré, la cheville abimée, balbutiant "que tal?" . il retire sa chaussure, et decide en titubant de se munir d'un couteau aussi gros que son bras en guise de brise-glace / piolet pour extraire quelques dents au monstre du congélot afin de mettre un peu de frais sur la bute naissante de la cheville droite du bougre.

Huit à se partager un repas pour vingt : stratégie ultime : Ne pas se jeter sur les premiers mets. Mangeons tranquilement, douze heure de repas.

Almost twelve hours of an hearty, schnapsy and winy meal.
Meeting at 4:00 pm and well-dressed please. The christmas dinner tonight is spano-franco-danish, typical meals for each of these nationalities. The menu :
- Spanish greeds : a plate of cold, mixed meats (lomo, serano, chorizo, Rodriguo, Gonzalo...)
- Danish starters : herring, caper on a porc fat lay with differents sauces and creams (still in Shakira's room, turning green with animals on it...)
- French main meal : preserved duck with prune and apple pie (Milou). Pfffffiiiouu... llenos como una bombona de butano!

Eight people to share a meal for twenty. Main self advice : do not jump on the food right now even though if you didn't eat today. Eat softly. Enjoy, we take our time.
